Lighthouse Point Home Remodel
This project consisted of a gut-remodel to update this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with over 2,200 square feet of living space. Updates included resurfacing the pool, knocking out the back wall to open the rear of the house and installed hurricane French doors and windows to walk out to a beautiful sitting area complete with ceiling fan and overlooking the pool and palm trees. Inside, we expanded the kitchen focusing on an open concept floorplan, installed new stainless-steel appliances, new cabinets and marble countertops. All bathrooms have been updated with tile floors and tile shower enclosures and new vanities, sinks, fixtures and countertops. On the exterior of the property, we painted the roof shingles and exterior of the home, installed a new 7’ garage door, resurfaced walkways, installed a steel gate and updated the landscape for added curb appeal in the beautiful Lighthouse Point
neighborhood.
